Modern day slavery is a growing issue globally and our organisation has a zero tolerance approach to all of our operations and supply chain.
We will always encourage our team and suppliers to advise on any relevant concerns, all the while encouraging an open and transparent approach to this and other ethical matters.
We require all of our factories and supply chain partners to fully engage in our ethical trading ethos, ensuring that they all follow best possible employment practices.
We work with, and only with, suppliers who provide their employees with a safe and healthy working environment, whilst fully conforming to the labour laws of their respective country as a minimum standard.
We expect all of our supply chain to fully respect the dignity of their employees, with a right to a workplace free of harassment and any kind of abuse, underpinned by a respect for their family life and their rights to freedom of thought and religion.
In line with our commitment to review, we will either directly or indirectly maintain an audit policy to ensure our supply chain are being compliant with our ethical trading ethos, and where and when necessary we will highlight any need for improvement on the basis that we all strive for evolving best practices for all.
